No. For lawn care you can do a one-time cut or set up a schedule — whatever works for you, no lock-in. For junk removal it's per-job. We'd love to earn your repeat business, but we never trap you into one.

Yes. We carry insurance and take your property seriously — our reputation follows us around this town, so we're careful. It's part of why neighbors trust us with their yards and their homes.

We work Monday through Saturday, generally 7am to 6pm, with Sunday by appointment. If you need something after hours or urgent, leave a message and we'll get back to you.
Depends on the season and how full our week is, but because we're local and small, we usually schedule a lot faster than the big companies. Call and we'll find you a real slot — often within days.
Just about anything that isn't hazardous — old furniture, appliances, yard debris, construction leftovers, junk from garage or basement cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and more. If you're not sure whether we can take something, ask. We'll tell you honestly, including if it needs special handling.
